    Description：
    

    A gate valve, an overview:
    PZ973H series Electric resistance type knife gate valve The driving part adopts multi turn electric device used to drive and control the opening and closing of the valve, the operator can control the distance of the valve in the indoor control field can also be manually operated, can also be matched with a computer to realize computer automatic control. Widely used in drainage, heating, power plant, chemical industry, papermaking, pharmaceutical, food, coal, mining and other projects, to meet the modern industrial and agricultural automation requirements.
    Two parameters of the electric device:
    1, power: AC380V, 50HZ.
    2, standard type: standard products with dust, rain proof casing protection, protection grade IP65, can be directly used for outdoor.
    3, waterproof type: waterproof products with dust, anti flooding (IP67) shell protection grade.
    4, explosion-proof type (EX): DII BT4/DII CT4 explosion-proof grade (excluding acetylene).
    5, the ambient temperature: -20 to 40 DEG C.
    6, optional: electrical controller.
    Three, Electric resistance type knife gate valve Characteristic：
    1, slurry knife gate valve according to different caliber made dark rod and rod two forms (dark bar DN50 ~ 900mm, DN50 ~ 900mm rod), full circle design of the DC channel without slag, block. Processed into the bottom plate blade knife blade, on soft materials such as fiber, pulp, wood pulp with a cutting function, while the role of a good opening and closing. The upper blades installed in the hard Teflon wiper can prevent dust and scratch gravel and other substances into the packing box, can significantly increase the life of blades. The valve plate made of stainless steel and precision processing can obtain ideal sealing effect of grinding and polishing. Compact design, small occupying space, light weight, low price, easy to install, wear and anti blocking measures to perfect and convenient maintenance, convenient use and long service life, and can be arbitrarily selected drive.
    2, valve body, filling culvert are precision casting, the whole body with flange type casting material, according to user needs by 304, 316, 316L, WCB, 2Crl3, PTFE seal with PTFE material, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, non stick slag.
    3, the valve plate is provided with 5 supporting points, the valve plate has a good self alignment. When the valve is in the closed state, and under pressure, the valve plate does not shift.
    4, slurry knife gate valves can be supplied with a handwheel, manual zipper, spur gear drive, bevel gear, pneumatic and electric.
    5, slurry knife gate valve can be made within the V shape, triangle, five angle shaped channel. V type gate control can be used as a regulator.
    6, slurry knife gate valve connected in the form of clip, flange lug, metal to metal seal, metal sealing of soft polyurethane, with enhanced PTFE seal.
    7, medium: gold powder, tailings, pulp, wood pulp, fiber, dust, chemicals, sewage treatment tank, ore, slag, coal, asphalt, outlet, fruit, grain, cement slurry, slaughter wastewater etc..
    8, the working temperature:
    Soft seal (PTFE):-40 to 180 DEG C
    Carbon steel: -29 to 425 DEG C
    Stainless steel: -40 to 1100 DEG C
